Mobile Diagnostics app is designed to assist in assessing the functional condition of a phone. Rabbit Exchange offers a solution to evaluate the functionality of a user's phone intended for trade-in with the partner, Amazon, in exchange for a new device.

The process unfolds as follows:

1. The user must download and install the app on the phone designated for exchange as part of the order placed on Amazon's trade-in platform.
2. Post-app installation, the user is required to input a 6-digit unique code, provided by Amazon's delivery agent, to initiate the application.
3. After entering the unique code, the user proceeds to run the specified diagnostic tests on their phone by granting necessary app permissions.
4. Upon completion of all listed tests, an Exchange Reference Code (Success/Failure Code) will be generated on the app's final screen, signaling the conclusion of the evaluation process.
5. The Amazon delivery agent will scan the Exchange Reference Code on their device within Amazon's platform to determine whether to proceed with picking up or declining the old device.
6. The user is responsible for handing over the older phone to the delivery agent after performing a reset on the device.
